We are seeking a motivated Outbound Appointment Setter for one of our growing clients. You will dial high-intent US B2B leads, identify operational bottlenecks, and book qualified discovery calls for senior closers—with a proven fast-track pathway to promote top performers directly into full-cycle Closers.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Outbound Sales: Dial high-intent US B2B leads using our cloud dialer to initiate meaningful sales conversations.
- Discovery & Booking: Identify prospect operational bottlenecks and book qualified discovery calls for senior closers.
- CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate CRM notes and implement strategies to optimize discovery call show-up rates.

Requirements
- Timezone & Availability: Full availability during US East Coast hours (EST).
- Language: Fluent/Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken) with exceptional active listening skills. THIS IS A MUST!
- Experience & Drive: Proven B2B cold-calling track record and a strong ambition to advance into closing high-ticket deals.
- Workstation: Quiet home office setup, reliable PC, and fast, stable internet connection.

Experience in website design agencies and automated lead generation platforms are a HUGE PLUS!
